Luminal Galaxy

Luminal Galaxy will be a browser based, INTERACTIVE UNIVERSE that completely respects your time by only requiring 2–5 minutes of your time a day. You won’t be penalised for missing days, either.

Think of it as a living, breathing and persistent world that connects the Genesis worlds, the Universe characters and the Fleet ships together seamlessly. One caveat; you MUST own a Luminal Universe NFT (player character) to participate. Holding a Fleet/Genesis NFT will of course grant additional benefits, but it will not be essential to enjoy the experience.

This interactive universe will be simple, addictive, and respectful of your time. It will also be how we provide our holders with ongoing utility in really innovative way.

Imagine we have whitelist slots for an upcoming project to giveaway. Instead of using a simple raffle/marketplace, we create a mission in the Luminal Galaxy universe to obtain it. Those that complete the mission first are granted the whitelist opportunity. We will do this with prizes, too. This way, we generate real utility to participate in the interactive universe, and it has zero additional cost to our holders to play/enter once you have acquired your Luminal Universe NFT. There are limitless possibilities to what we can do here.

We’re toying with some really interesting ideas regarding this game, such as:

  • Dynamic traits (imagine a ship with a cloaking device that is invisible to other players for X hours a day)

  • Land ownership/rental (genesis worlds)

  • Job board for ferrying resources/players without ships between worlds

  • Surprise battles/events that occur in the world, etc. (some will require a starship)

  • Ability to explore/scan planets/anomalies/asteroids etc for rare resources/flora/fauna; some of which will be represented by a claimable NFT.

  • Politicial systems, alliances, trade, and so much more.

Sure, this sounds like a LOT of work, but we’re going to start with a solid, simple foundation and just keep building and building. We’ll keep it 2D, turn based (daily moves) and nice and simple in terms of interface to keep the costs down and make all of this achievable.
